Job Introduction

HR
It manages overall organizational tasks such as recruitment, personnel evaluation, labor-management cooperation, grievance counseling, and labor issue management.
General Management   
It performs operational support tasks such as regulatory management, asset management, building management, welfare, and security management necessary for the operation of the company. 
Finance Team  
It manage company financing and operation, and performs settlement and disclosure tasks. It also supports efficient decision-making by providing management with necessary information such as financial statements.
Safety and Health   
It performs legal affairs related to safety management and health, and deals with overall tasks such as safety, environment, fire fighting, health, education and training necessary for the operation of the company.
Operating Cost  
Through cooperation with the client companies, it performs works related with product order and price determination.
Original Purchase Cost     
It is responsible for selecting optimal suppliers so that parts and goods necessary for company operation can be supplied at reasonable prices.
IT   
It manages systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and groupware, and performs operational and maintenance tasks to ensure that networks and IT infrastructures are reliably supported.
Quality/Development   
It secures the quality level required by customers, improves problems, and simultaneously performs technical support tasks such as development technology, production TOOL (mold, jig, instrument) production, etc.
Process Technology
It performs the maintenance and process improvement activities and facility management tasks necessary for the operation of the company.
